I hope you all enjoyed last week’s post on Friday Favorites. This week we are changing gears and I’m going to share my new go-to, muffin recipe. My kids are obsessed with these muffins and I like them a lot too. If you are like me then mornings are a busy time of day, and apparently you have to feed kids every day, so, my solution a good, healthy, yummy muffin. So here it is, Whole-Wheat Lemon Raspberry Muffins. When we make the muffins I don’t always have frozen raspberries so I just use whatever berry I have in the freezer. I also like to make a double batch and freeze half of them. I bought some silicon muffin cups off of Amazon and Karlyanne loves to line the muffin tins with them. I love how I can just wash them after we bake the muffins and resuse them when we make another batch. I’m also a big fan of this woman’s website about eating real food and have already been inspired and have learned a lot. If you are looking to make some healthy changes that you can stick with you should definitely read up. There is a ton of good information on there.
