What makes this photo day different?

I do my best to make photo day an easy and stress-free process. After your child's individual + team photos are taken, you are done. There are no paper forms to fill out! You will receive an email with directions on how to access your child(s) private online gallery. 

What time does my child have photos?

Your child's coach will let you know your photo time slot the week before photo day. We do our best to schedule as close to your game time as possible. Your photos may be before or after your game. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your team's scheduled time slot and check-in at the photo day check-in table.

Where do I go on photo day?

When you arrive please head to the check-in table that will be located between the snack shack and the pavilion. Let us know your child's name and team. Once we take a reference photo of your child, you are all set. Please wait by the ORANGE cone until your team is called up.

When can I expect to see my child(s) gallery?

What do I do if I didn't receive my gallery link?

Your link will be sent to the email that was used to register your child for the season with FCFC. Be sure to check with whomever registered your child(s) first, then check your spam folder, and if you still have not received a link please email me at mkphotography@kushon and I'll be happy to help you.

How does ordering work?

No paper order forms will be distributed. All ordering is done online through your private gallery. You are welcome to share your gallery with family and friends and they too can place orders. When ordering, you will have the option to ship to the organization for FREE for the first week after galleries are open. After that, your orders will be shipped to your home for a minimal shipping fee. If you ship for free to FCFC, your orders will be delivered towards the end of the season and passed out by your coach usually at the last game of the year. If you miss pick up, please contact your coach and make arrangements to grab your order.

What quality are the prints?

Your prints/products will come from a professional lab and will be printed on professional-quality paper/materials. They are beautiful and great quality. Digital options are also available.

What is the cost?

There is no minimum order and no obligation to purchase. Once you have viewed your child(s) gallery, you will also be able to view pricing and place your order.

FAQS

Turn-around time is approximately 4 weeks from photo day. FCFC will send out an email letting families know that galleries links were sent out so you can be on the look out for it.

What if my child can't be there on photo day?

If your child is absent, you will receive an email after photo day with information on how to sign up for a make up time slot.
